Terms of service

By using Codrix services, you accept these terms.

The service. We build, install and run an assistant that replies to your customers on the channels you choose. Reply content is configured from the information you provide.

Payments. Plans are monthly and billed in advance. You can cancel anytime; the service continues until the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities. You provide accurate business information and valid access to the relevant accounts. You remain responsible for the relationship with your customers.

Limitation of liability. We do our best to keep the assistant accurate, but we recommend supervising sensitive conversations. Codrix is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of automated replies.
